| you should have let him destroy that atrocity. Now that I got this off my chest, I can tell you what I think the best course of action would be, having been in your shoes more or less. Every person I've met who insisted on building a HP monster car has ended up selling it. Most of them never got their setup to run right either way. Don't get wrapped up in the competitivity, you'll end up miserable. Build a car that'll make you happy, and from experience, I doubt a reliable sports 500/530 car would leave you unfulfilled.. From my own observations (others may attest to this), pushing the Z32 to over 500 RWHP or so takes a larger committment, be it financial or otherwise. I personally couldn't be happier with my simple, solid, reliable setup. Sure I crave a little more highway power once in a while, but not at the expense of peace of mind.
